I used to think cardio was enough.
Running. Swimming. That was “staying fit,” right?
Lifting weights? I figured that was just for people chasing big muscles.
Then I read Outlive — and it flipped the way I think.
Turns out, muscle does way more than I gave it credit for.
It protects your joints. Maintains your metabolic health.
And helps you stay strong and stable as you age.
So I started strength training.
And I feel the difference — in my body, and in my energy.
It made me realise how often we act on ideas that feel right…
but quietly hold us back.
It’s the same with money.
A lot of people carry around well-meaning but limiting beliefs —
